Foundation and members of our firm

Our firm was established in 1986 by Dr. Theodor Seitz, LL.M., and Dr. Thomas Weckbach. They were joined in 1992 by Michael Fent, who deceased in 2005. By merging with the Fackler law firm, which was established in 1954, our firm now offers an even broader spectrum of services to our clients. As further partners Hans-Peter Bernhard, Dr. Rudolf Wittmann, Irina Lindenberg-Lange, Dr. Sven Friedl, MBA, Michael Tusch and Dr. Christoph Knapp joined our firm.

Currently our office has 20 attorneys-at-law and tax advisors. Our team enables us to specialize in certain areas. Working in practice groups and teams also plays an important role in solving complex problems.
